Working in the Chief Technology Office, you will influence senior stakeholders, translate objectives into actionable plans and ensure investments deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy, transformation and portfolio delivery in technology infrastructure or related functions.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies, operating models and hybrid/cloud environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes in complex organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with concise executive narratives and recommendations.
• Strong analytical, commercial acumen and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Shape the annual and multi-year technology infrastructure strategy with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Translate business objectives into practical, measurable transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, strategy packs and investment papers for leadership discussions.
• Lead governance, performance reviews and strategic deep-dives with the leadership team.
• Maintain delivery momentum by managing dependencies, risks and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Transformation & Change and COO on budgeting and spend transparency.
• Plan for future capability through workforce planning and resourcing.
