Nigel Wright Group is recruiting an Ecommerce Manager for a founder-led, specialist ecommerce business. You will own the technical ecommerce environment, drive platform performance, and lead the team while working with the founder and senior management to identify improvements across systems, integrations, stock, and customer journeys.

Candidate will balance strong ecommerce and technical knowledge with leadership, guiding projects and shaping the future ecommerce direction of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong technical ecommerce knowledge with leadership experience.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and integrations.
• Ability to work with founder and senior management to shape strategy.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical ecommerce environment and site performance.
• Improve integrations between ecommerce platform and ERP/WMS and other systems.
• Lead ecommerce improvement and development projects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and inefficiencies.
• Lead and develop the ecommerce team.
• Collaborate with founder and leadership on the future direction of ecommerce.
