Job summary

MOO, headquartered in London with offices in Dagenham and a global engineering presence, seeks a Senior IC to lead architecture across our ecommerce platform. You will partner with Product, Platform and Engineering to guide the end-to-end order journey from storefront to delivery.

As a Senior IC, you will mentor engineers, shape the architectural direction, and drive initiatives across multiple time zones. Occasional travel to East Providence and other sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shaping architecture for ecommerce at scale.
• Ability to align Operations, Customer Service, Product and Engineering across time zones.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted development in engineering teams.
• Strong mentorship and design-review facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural roadmap for the end-to-end order journey across storefront, checkout and fulfillment.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve throughput and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Set standards for AI tooling usage and governance across engineering teams.
• Standardise data pipelines and tooling to enable a 360-degree order view for CS/Operations.
• Mentor Senior Engineers and facilitate design reviews, hackathons and workshops.
