Job summary

Agora Talent Ltd is recruiting for an independent British fashion brand seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their small London team. This hands-on role combines creativity with commercial thinking, shaping marketing strategy, owning budgets and calendars, and leading day-to-day execution across ecommerce, CRM, paid digital, social and retail.

You'll work closely with the Founder & Creative Director, manage a team, mentor staff, and drive cross-channel initiatives while embracing AI tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing & e-commerce, ideally fashion, luxury or design-led.
• Strong hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience.
• Ability turn sales data into commercial decisions.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and briefing freelancers.
• Curiosity and confidence using AI tools day-to-day.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing calendar, budget and critical path across campaigns, launches and key trading moments
• Run day-to-day trading and merchandising of our Shopify store
• Plan, build and optimise paid media across Meta and Google
• Oversee social activity in line with the wider marketing calendar
• Brief and manage a freelance copywriter and graphic designer
• Manage and mentor a Community & Customer Care Executive
• Support retail activations and cross-channel consistency
• Spot opportunities to streamline workflows, including through AI

We are a recruiting for a independent British fashion brand creating beautifully crafted clothing, rooted in creativity, craftsmanship and considered design. We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded and highly proactive Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their small London team.

This is a senior but genuinely hands-on role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with commercial thinking and excellent execution. Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director, you'll shape our marketing strategy, own the budget and calendar, and lead day-to-day execution across e-commerce, CRM, paid digital, social and retail, while managing a small team.

We love AI here, so strong hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work smarter is a big plus.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
