Job summary

LOOKFANTASTIC, part of THG Beauty, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive (Dutch speaking) to own trading actions and drive performance across channels. You’ll analyze data, train teams on TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA, and independently manage SQL queries.

Collaborate across functions to influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR and Traffic, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of trade actions. London-based, full-time with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead training on analytics and ecommerce tools listed above.
• Independently manipulate SQL to support trading decisions.
• Set up offers and act as the point of contact for team questions.
• Influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR and site traffic through data-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and learning on TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA.
• Offer: independently set up all offer types for the trade team.
• KPIs: proactively influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic.
• Site Execution: drive customer journey improvements from a trading perspective.
• Cross-channel collaboration: own areas and support others across channels.
