Job summary

THG is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support THG Beauty’s online trading and performance, focusing on subscription brands like LOOKFANTASTIC and GLOSSYBOX. You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Sourcing and Operations to deliver engaging content, promotions and trading activity.

You will help ensure accuracy of onsite content, products and offers, support performance reporting and use data to identify opportunities to improve commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail with website content, pricing and promotions.
• Good analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with ecommerce trading and customer journeys is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite execution, homepage content, landing pages and onsite merchandising.
• Ensure products, pricing and promotions are accurate and live on schedule.
• Set up and maintain promotional offers with proper messaging.
• Support campaign planning, setup and execution with Marketing and CRM teams.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to drive revenue and profitability.
