Job summary

THG is recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Executive to own relationships and guide action in a data-driven manner within THG Beauty. You will lead analysis, SQL-based insights, and training across TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA to optimize revenue and GP.

You will own trading actions and collaborate across channels, driving improvements in AOV, CVR and overall traffic while managing workload and sharing knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• Good analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
• Experience using SQL to interrogate data for insights.
• Evidence of trading/commerce actions and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead training on TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA.
• Set up all offer types and act as a point of contact for other team members.
• KPIs: influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic with data-driven actions.
• Drive trading actions with autonomy across categories/channels.
• Collaborate across channels and functions to optimize customer journey.
• Redistribute workload when needed to hit deadlines.
• Share knowledge and insights across the team and beyond.

Why be a Senior Ecommerce Executive at THG Beauty?

Operates at a more senior level than Ecommerce Executive, owning relationships and providing direction. Thorough skills across data analysis, SQL and manipulating data. Understands the 'why' behind actions, not just the fact we are actioning them.

As Senior Ecommerce Executive you’ll:

• Systems: lead training and learning on TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA; manipulate SQL independently.
• Offers: independently set up all offer types; act as a point of contact for other team members requiring support.
• KPIs: proactively suggest and take actions to influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic.
• Site Execution: set an example in the use of systems to understand and enhance the customer journey from a trade perspective; competently use CSQ (Zoning, Journey, Workspace analysis).
• GP: own the 'why' behind trade actions; drive GP-focused decisions with greater autonomy.
• Cross channel/function collaboration: drive trading actions with greater autonomy. Ownership of multiple categories/channels.
• Change Management: understand business needs and priorities; help lead the redistribution of workload across the team to hit deadlines.
• Ownerships: thorough understanding of individual and team roles; drive own areas and support others with theirs.
• Knowledge Sharing: set an example in how knowledge and insight is shared across and outside the team
