SENIOR ECOLOGIST – HAMPSHIRE / SURREY BORDERS – PERMANENT – £40,000 - £47,000 + COMPANY CAR

ARM are working with a leading SME who specializes in providing solutions to rail and civil engineering projects that includes ecological specialists providing services to their client base. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Ecologist to join their team on a permanent basis.

About You:

• You will be a degree qualified ecologist with significant experience of working as an Ecologist.
• You will be a member of CIEEM and will have knowledge of protected species in the UK and likely have conducted field studies on them also.
• Your experience will include rail and you will have held or hold a current PTS training.
• You will hold a UK driving licence, as this position will involve travel and most likely to locations without transport links.

What you will be doing:

This position is based from the Hampshire office, but will see you providing field-based study work on the UK railways and will be out in all weathers and could include some night-time working as well.

This position will be based from North West Hampshire and close to the Surrey Border. Work is primarily field-based, and you are provided with a company car and fuel card for this purpose.

What you can expect in return:

The salary for this position is between £40,000 and £47,000. On top of this is holiday allowance, pension and much more.
