Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust offers an exciting Advanced Cardiac Physiologist/Echocardiographer role at Fairfield General Hospital in Bury. This Band 7 post is a permanent full-time position, aligned with BSE accreditation and extensive echocardiography expertise.

You will work across the NCA Echocardiography Team, supporting high-quality patient care, training junior staff, and contributing to CPD and audits within a busy cardiology service.

Competenze

• BSE accreditation is required.
• BSc Clinical Physiology/Healthcare Science degree.
• Part 1 accreditation is a plus or required.

Mansioni

• Independently perform echocardiography with high skill level across Northern Care Alliance.
• Interpret results autonomously and provide accurate clinical reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily workload needs.
• Support training, mentoring and supervision of trainee staff in echocardiography.
• Contribute to clinical audits and service development.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary clinical review meetings.
