Job summary

Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is recruiting a part-time Echocardiography post at Darent Valley Hospital heart centre. The role involves performing echocardiograms for in-patients and out-patients and supporting senior physiologists.

You may also perform echocardiograms in the cardiac catheter lab for unwell patients. The post is 30 hours (0.8 WTE) and aims at a postgraduate diploma in Echocardiography or Cardiac devices, with a requirement to hold a BSc Honours in Clinical Cardiology.

Qualifications

• BSc Cardiology required or equivalent.
• Postgraduate diploma in Echocardiography or Cardiac devices pursued.
• Ability to independently perform non-invasive cardiac diagnostics.
