Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Band 6 Echocardiography professional to join Darent Valley Hospital's heart centre. You will perform non-invasive cardiac diagnostics and support senior physiologists while pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Echo or cardiac devices.

The role requires independently performing echocardiograms for in-patients and out-patients, with duties including potential cath lab imaging for unwell patients, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BSc in Clinical Physiology (Cardiology) or equivalent required.
• Working towards BSE or BHRS accreditation.
• Proficient in performing echocardiograms and interpreting results.

Responsabilités

• Perform echocardiograms for in-patients and out-patients.
• Support the senior physiologists.
• Perform echocardiograms in the cardiac catheter lab when required.
