Storal is hiring a Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) at Main Street Nursery School in Long Eaton, Nottingham. You will lead the team, deliver high-quality care and play-based learning, and safeguard children in a warm setting.

Day to day, you willdeliver care to the children whilst alsosupervising your team.
You’ll identify areas for improvements whether that relates tolearning and teaching techniques orcreating morestimulatingexperiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
You’ll beresponsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
