Job summary

Glanbia in London is seeking an E-Commerce Senior National Account Manager to drive sustainable growth across online platforms, including Amazon EU and DTC sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with COE analytics, and shape commercial plans to build brand share while delivering profitable growth across Europe. The role reports to the Head of Digital Commerce & Insights and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce and online account management, especially Amazon.
• Strong P&L and revenue growth discipline.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across markets.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3P Commercial strategy to grow Optimum Nutrition on Amazon EU.
• Develop DTC site growth strategies in Europe with content and community initiatives.
• Partner with COE Data, Analytics & Insights to inform decisions.
• Balance short-term performance with long-term brand equity.
• Collaborate with media, content, and performance teams to optimize digital shelf and PDPs.
