Job description

Data & Analytics Manager. E-Commerce
Glanbia Performance Nutrition
The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands‑on E‑commerce Data & Analytics Manager to own reporting and dashboarding across our digital channels (Amazon, Marketplaces and DTC) and turn that data into clear, commercially useful insight. You'll build and maintain the dashboards and reporting standards the business relies on, and work closely with Commercial, Marketing and Data Engineering/IT to keep that data accurate and accessible. You'll play a critical role in shaping a scalable and automated data solutions to support a fast-growing digital business.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboards (core focus)
  • Build, own and maintain standardised dashboards and reporting across Sales, Share, Media and Digital Shelf metrics (content scores, availability, search visibility)
  • Maintain reporting accuracy through validation and logic checks; flag and resolve data quality issues
  • Use existing BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Amazon/marketplace performance tools to keep reporting current and self‑serve where possible
Insight & Analysis
  • Turn dashboard data into clear, commercially relevant insight for Commercial and Marketing stakeholders
  • Identify performance drivers, gaps and opportunities across retailers/channels and flag them to the relevant teams
  • Produce ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support specific commercial questions
Data Integration & Tools (supporting, not owning)
  • Act as the E‑commerce team's day‑to‑day point of contact into Data Engineering/IT, translating reporting needs into clear requirements
  • Support (rather than lead) the integration of new data sources, and highlight where automation would reduce manual reporting work
  • Note: architecting new data pipelines or platform integration sits with Data Engineering/IT - this role defines requirements and validates outputs, not builds the plumbing
Stakeholder Support
  • Act as first point of contact for local markets on reporting and dashboard questions
  • Help stakeholders get more from existing tools through informal coaching and clear documentation - not a formal training/change‑management remit
Skills & Experience Required
  • 3-5 years in data analytics, e‑commerce analytics or BI, ideally including some Amazon/marketplace exposure
  • Confident, hands‑on with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) - building and maintaining dashboards, not just consuming them. Strong Excel experience is a must as you will be working with large data sets every day.
  • Comfortable working with SQL or similar to query and shape data (full data engineering/pipeline‑build skills not required)
  • Good understanding of e‑commerce/marketplace KPIs
  • Able to work with technical teams (Data Engineering/IT) cross functionally
  • Clear communicator who can turn data into a simple, actionable story for non‑technical stakeholders
Where and how you will work

The opportunity will be based in London with hybrid working arrangements available which offer you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work‑life balance.
