Job summary

Tribal is seeking a Senior Technical Services Consultant to join our Dynamics Practice. In this role you will lead technical delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations, design migrations, and build integrations using Microsoft technologies while engaging with education customers.

You will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions, provide guidance across the project lifecycle, and support Azure-based infrastructure and data exchange.

Qualifications

• Experience in data migration or systems integration projects.
• Hands-on with Azure-based infrastructure and Dynamics integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering workshops and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades.
• Design and manage data migrations into Dynamics 365.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Configure and support Azure services and infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and solution design support.
• Deliver workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Produce deployment documentation and guidance.
• Support internal teams with Dynamics 365 and data management expertise.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and suggest new solutions.
