Job summary

ANS Group in Manchester is seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Engineer to deliver expert support across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, resolving complex issues and driving service improvements.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in service reviews, and ensure a first-class customer experience while delivering high SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience and eligibility for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform in live customer environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights Journeys and Field Service.
• Strong troubleshooting across model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, and platform administration.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and documentation.
• Must be eligible for HMG Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and related technologies, ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, taking ownership of technical escalations and high-impact issues while maintaining clear customer communication.
• Support the configuration, maintenance and enhancement of customer solutions within agreed managed service and change processes.
• Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, documentation, knowledge sharing and review of complex investigations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, participating in service reviews, technical handovers and customer meetings to ensure successful outcomes.
