Capita plc is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead a development team in delivering robust Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. The role requires strong technical guidance, collaboration with client teams, and the ability to navigate complex integration scenarios while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Certified as PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
• Azure exposure expected as part of Power Platform work.
• Strong documentation and handover experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure applications in the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform stack.
• Document and refactor complex programs/scripts.
• Ensure team adherence to project quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop integration plans and report progress.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
