Job summary

Capita is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead and deliver complex Microsoft Power Platform solutions from design through deployment. You will build, configure, document and integrate applications while guiding junior developers and ensuring high quality standards.

The role involves working closely with clients and technical teams, taking ownership of integration plans and driving delivery on schedule in a dynamic Capita environment.

Qualifications

• Certified as PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack.
• Exposure to Azure as part of Power Platform work.
• Strong documentation and handover experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure apps in the Dynamics/Power Platform stack.
• Document and refactor complex programs and scripts.
• Ensure team adheres to project quality standards.
• Lead reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams on integrations.
