Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Consultant in Loughborough, hybrid - 2 days onsite. The role focuses on shaping and delivering high-value Microsoft solutions across the organisation's digital landscape.

You’ll lead technical delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience in Azure environments.
• Development experience with JavaScript customisations.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience delivering Dynamics solutions from concept to deployment.
• Comfort with low-code/configuration-led solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical expert for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and improvements.
• Design and deliver tailored Dynamics 365 and low-code solutions.
• Enhance existing applications, workflows, and processes for efficiency and UX.
• Provide ongoing system optimisation, support, and governance.
• Work with product and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Translate business needs into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Support development of Customer Insights capabilities.
• Contribute to future Microsoft technology projects and integrations.
• Drive digital transformation through Microsoft technologies.
