Capita is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer in Sheffield to lead development efforts on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will build, configure, document, and refine complex integrations, while guiding junior developers and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The role requires PL-400 certification, strong Dynamics 365 / Power Platform experience, and Azure exposure. You will collaborate with multiple teams and engage in client communications to deliver

Qualifications

• PL-400 Power Platform Developer certification required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack.
• Azure exposure is expected as part of Power Platform work.
• Strong documentation and handover experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and configure applications in a Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform stack.
• Document and refactor complex programs/scripts.
• Ensure the team adheres to project quality standards.
• Apply agreed standards and tools to deliver well-engineered outcomes.
• Communicate client specifications to development teams.
• Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging.
• Participate in reviews of own work and lead reviews of colleagues' work.
• Keep projects on schedule to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop integration plans and report progress.
• Define complex/new integration builds and config integration test environments.
• Design, run and report on tests of the integration build.
• Educate junior developers on best practices.
• Participate in client communications and business activities.
