Pearson Carter Limited is recruiting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Technical Consultant for a UK professional membership organisation in the sports and physical activity sector. The role offers ownership of the D365 CE platform, working across the full project lifecycle from requirements to implementation and ongoing support.

Based in Loughborough with hybrid working (2 days in the office), the role focuses on out-of-the-box Power Platform solutions and Customer Insights –

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong experience across the Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on development experience, including JavaScript.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience taking ownership of D365 solutions from requirements through to delivery.
• Comfortable working with low-code / out-of-the-box Microsoft solutions.
• You do not need C#/.NET experience for this position.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 CE platform and ongoing development.
• Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders across the business.
• Design, develop and implement D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver continuous improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Support the ongoing administration, maintenance and development of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Work closely with the CRM Product Owner and Power Platform Developer.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly technical solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the continued rollout of Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Support future Microsoft Dynamics projects, including the planned Business Central rollout.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make better use of the Microsoft technology stack.
