Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a business undergoing a significant digital transformation programme centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and customer-facing digital platforms.

This role will take ownership of a business-critical D365 CE environment, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, shaping the roadmap, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll play a key role in driving the evolution of CRM capabilities, customer journeys, and digital experiences while helping to establish best practice product ownership and Agile ways of working.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product-focused role
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders
• Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements
• Demonstrable ownership of product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Experience working closely with development teams to deliver business-critical solutions
• A track record of driving platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to go-live and adoption
