Cognitive Group, part of Focus Cloud Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join a growing team. You will deliver innovative business solutions, shape platform direction and champion modern technologies including AI and Copilot.

Reporting to the Development Team Lead, you will blend hands-on development with technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, particularly Sales, Field Service and/or Customer Service modules.
• Advanced C#/.NET development skills, including plug-ins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs and extension development.
• Extensive experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Strong Azure Integration Services experience, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management and REST APIs.
• Experience designing synchronous, asynchronous and event-driven integrations.
• Proven experience with ALM, DevOps processes, managed solutions, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security models and data access architecture.
• Previous experience leading development teams through code reviews, mentoring and technical governance.
• Strong documentation and technical design skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development and support of Dynamics 365 CE enhancements (Sales, Field Service, Case Management).
• Deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and custom connectors.
• Design and govern integrations using Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates and delivery plans.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate architectural decisions, risks and recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring and governance.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Improve DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and release processes using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Architects, PO, BAs, QA, Security and partners.
