Job summary

Expleo in London is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong Microsoft cloud experience to lead complex enterprise delivery programmes.

You will design, build and support scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, mentor developers, collaborate with Product Owners and Architects, and help shape engineering standards and best practices on Azure-based integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive Dynamics 365 CE experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong integration experience with Azure services and external systems.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and lead technical delivery.
• Experience shaping architecture and engineering best practices.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and design workshops.
• Review designs and code, establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and support estimation and governance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern ALM practices.
