Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of Focus Cloud Group, is seeking a CE Lead Technical Consultant to drive enterprise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform initiatives. HQ in London, but UK-wide applications are welcomed, with flexibility for remote work and occasional client travel.

You will lead technical delivery, design scalable solutions, oversee integrations using Azure services, and mentor teams across project delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Proven ability to mentor developers and junior consultants.
Strong stakeholder management and hands-on technical leadership required.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
Design and develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
Build and oversee integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions.
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical estimations and client workshops.
Drive development best practices, ALM and CI/CD processes.
Mentor and support developers and junior consultants across project teams.
Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in a senior technical capacity.
Experience working with Azure integration technologies and cloud-based architectures.
