Job summary

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Dynamics CE Technical Lead to shape enterprise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You will lead technical delivery, mentor teams and collaborate with clients across UK-based engagements.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, including Azure-based integrations and modern ALM/CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Strong understanding of Dataverse data model and integrations.
Proven leadership, mentoring and client engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
Design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
Build and oversee integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.
Support pre-sales with solution design and technical estimates.
Drive ALM, CI/CD, and code reviews across projects.
Mentor developers and junior consultants on project teams.
Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
