Littlefish Group is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist to lead end-to-end projects from discovery through implementation and go-live. You will engage with customers, shape solutions, and drive pre-sales activities with workshops, demonstrations, and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Deep Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise with a customer engagement focus.
• Experience leading workshops and shaping solutions during the sales process.
• Ability to win new business and build strong customer relationships.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and delivering successful projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead Dynamics 365 BC/NAV projects from discovery to go-live.
• Collaborate with customers to map processes to BC solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define scope.
• Provide consultancy and best-practice guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales with discovery calls, meetings, demos, and workshops.
• Work with sales to shape proposals, estimates, and bids.
• Explain value of BC solutions and align to business needs.
• Produce solution documentation, proposals and SOWs.
• Work across sales and delivery for smooth transitions.
• Contribute to business development and mentor colleagues.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
