Job summary

PMC Commerce is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise. You will work with clients to understand business processes, translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, and support BC implementations across finance and operations.

The role emphasizes strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver practical improvements within ERP projects for diverse clients, including the UK construction sector.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, either as an end user or in a systems implementation environment.
• Proven experience with Business Central ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support and, where appropriate, lead aspects of Dynamics 365 BC implementations.
• Interact with clients to understand their processes, requirements and challenges.
• Translate finance requirements into practical ERP solutions.
• Provide guidance across BC modules, focusing on UK construction processes.
• Gather information from stakeholders to identify improvements and opportunities.
