Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a fully remote Dynamics 365 Business Central presales specialist in the UK. You will lead demonstrations, run workshops, and design high-level BC solutions across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing and Manufacturing to support the sales cycle.

The role requires 3+ years in BC related roles, strong communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration with delivery teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in Presales, Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Senior Consultant roles.
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality and business processes.
• Experience delivering customer demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
• Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Warehousing modules.
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central presales engagements from discovery to proposal.
• Deliver tailored Business Central demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Run customer workshops to capture business requirements and identify improvements.
• Design high-level Business Central solutions across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing and Manufacturing.
• Support the sales team with RFPs, RFIs, proposals and tender responses.
• Provide effort estimates and implementation recommendations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Business Central throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers and Project Managers for smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Keep up to date with Business Central product developments and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
