Job summary

Littlefish Group is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will own BC projects through the full delivery lifecycle, collaborating with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end BC implementation projects, facilitate workshops, document processes, and advise on best practices. You’ll mentor junior consultants and drive user adoption while championing the Littlefish Group portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
• Deep understanding of business processes and how BC enables them
• ERP project delivery from discovery to go-live
• Experience leading workshops and requirements sessions
• Strong functional design and documentation skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation
• Confident with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness and budgeting considerations
• Experience working in multidisciplinary delivery teams
• A proactive, customer-focused approach to outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and requirements gathering
• Analyse and document business processes and translate to functional solutions
• Create functional design specs and support development teams
• Advise clients on best practices and solution optimisation
• Build and maintain customer relationships across engagements
• Manage project communications with stakeholders at all levels
• Support governance by monitoring scope, risks, budgets and delivery
• Mentor junior consultants within the practice
• Collaborate with support, development and delivery teams for project execution
• Drive user adoption through training and change support
• Promote Littlefish Group and Microsoft Business Applications portfolio
