Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced DV Cleared Business Change Consultant to join a high-profile transformation programme in Cheltenham. The role combines business change with technology-enabled delivery, working with senior stakeholders to embed new operating models and ensure benefits realisation.

You will facilitate workshops, develop change management plans, and produce artefacts, reports and strategy documents, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting bid

Qualifications

DV clearance required or actively pursuing DV clearance.
Experience delivering business change within large transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
Ability to analyse complex challenges and design practical solutions.
Experience enabling adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.

Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality business change and transformation outcomes.
Support stakeholder adoption and embedding change in client organisations.
Produce deliverables to agreed standards, timescales and budgets.
Provide strategic and operational change advice to clients and teams.
Collaborate with delivery teams and partner organisations.
Contribute to research, innovation and continuous improvement activities.
