Experis is seeking an experienced DV Cleared Business Change Consultant to join a high-profile transformation programme in a secure government and defence environment. You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive adoption of new ways of working and maximise technology investments.

You will develop change management plans, facilitate workshops, deliver artefacts, and support business areas through new operating models.

Qualifications

Active DV Clearance and eligibility to obtain DV clearance.
Experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
Ability to analyse complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
Experience preparing organisations for adoption of new processes and technologies.
Knowledge of business change frameworks, tools and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

Deliver complex business transformation and technology-enabled change programmes.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solutions and drive outcomes.
Support transitioning to new operating models, processes and technologies.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering.
Develop and deliver communication, engagement and change plans.
