Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is hiring a DV Cleared Business Analyst for a dynamic 12-month project in Cheltenham. The role requires eligibility for DV clearance and offers a rate of up to £79.00 per hour via an approved umbrella company.

You will analyse processes, facilitate workshops, and drive business transformation across strategy, design, and change management while coordinating with senior stakeholders and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Requirements management with structured traceability.
• Strong process modelling using Visio.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA for reporting.
• Familiar with both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
• Able to guide stakeholders through business change.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communicator and collaborative under pressure.
