You will drive stakeholder engagement, define solutions with senior leadership, and help organisations adopt new operating models and processes.

Qualifications

• Active DV Clearance.
• Experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation or technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Analysing complex business challenges and developing practical solutions.
• Experience preparing organisations for adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Knowledge of business change frameworks, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging.
• Strong facilitation skills with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality business change and transformation outcomes.
