Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced DV Cleared Business Change Consultant to join a high-profile transformation programme within a secure government environment. The role is Cheltenham based with 3-4 days onsite and an ASAP start on a 12-month contract with strong extension potential.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, define change solutions, and deliver business change artefacts for technology-enabled initiatives. Strong facilitation, communication, and consultancy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active DV Clearance required.
• Experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management with senior leadership.
• Ability to analyse complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Experience preparing organisations and users for new processes and systems.
• Knowledge of business change and change management frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills for multi-stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to influence decision-making across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex business transformation and technology-enabled change programmes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solutions and outcomes.
• Prepare organisations for adoption of new operating models and processes.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
• Develop communication and change management plans.
• Produce project documentation and artefacts.
• Provide project management support on large programmes.
• Build strong client relationships across the organisation.

• Contribute to methodologies and best practices.
