Carlisle Support Services is recruiting a Duty Security Manager to lead security operations at Olympia in London. The role oversees a high‑profile, 24/7 estate, directing the Security Control Room and incident response across days, nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate will hold a current SIA Door Supervisor licence and have proven experience managing security teams in complex venues, with a track record of professional incident reporting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current SIA Door Supervisor licence held throughout employment.
• Operational security‑management experience within complex estates, major venues or events.
• Proven ability to command security and life‑safety incidents, including fire evacuation.
• Strong written and verbal reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan risk‑led briefings before posts and deploy staff based on events and intelligence.
• Direct the Security Control Room and manage operations across the estate.
• Lead incident responses as Silver Commander during significant events.
• Develop officers and supervisors through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure licences and competencies are current for all officers.
