Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a proactive Security Officer for Olympia London. You will join a busy, high-profile site, patrolling front of house, estate/public realm and logistics areas, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining security standards.

You’ll be deployed across shifts (days, nights, weekends) with 12-hour patterns; full training and SIA-compliant development are provided, along with opportunities for progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence required.
• SIA CCTV licence is ideal but not essential.
• Checkable 5 years of work and address history.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to be deployed across front of house, estate/public realm, and logistics duties.
• Experience in corporate security or events is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Front of House & Reception: control entry, verification and visitor management.
• Estate & Public Realm: patrols, incident response and crowd management.
• Logistics & Loading Bay: vehicle screening, goods-in/out security and documentation.
• Across All Areas: emergency response, reporting, and maintenance of professional standards.
