Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a highly experienced Duty Security Manager to lead security operations at Olympia in Kensington, West London. You will be the most senior security authority on shift, responsible for people, performance, compliance and safety, and you will command from the front during incidents.

This permanent role operates on a 4-on-4-off pattern with 12-hour day and night shifts plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Current SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Demonstrable operational security-management experience in a complex estate or major venue.
• Proven ability to command security and life-safety incidents, including fire evacuations.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured security operations on shift and ensure compliance.
• Direct the Security Control Room and coordinate incident response.
• Develop officers through feedback, coaching and development opportunities.
