Role requires SIA licences (Door Supervision and CCTV), 12‑hour shifts (days/nights), and a commitment to training, compliance, and continuous improvement. A strong work ethic and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in security or logistics.
• Valid SIA licences including Door Supervision and CCTV.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Logistics Security Officers.
• Coordinate shifts and deploy officers across the estate.
• Ensure access control, CCTV, ANPR, and visitor management compliance.
• Support audits, incident reporting, and documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage high‑risk deliveries.
• Uphold health, safety, and confidentiality standards.
