Job summary

You will lead site teams and subcontractors, manage programmes, and ensure delivery safely, on time and within budget.

The role offers a strong pipeline of work in the South West, with a turnover around £65 million and ~150 staff across offices.

Qualifications

• Significant PM experience in drylining or interiors.
• Strong knowledge of drylining systems.
• Experience delivering large drylining packages.
• Good project programming, commercial and delivery skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of a £3 million drylining package.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, labour, materials and resources.
• Develop and monitor project programmes to hit milestones.
• Liaise with Principal Contractor, consultants and commercial team.
• Monitor project costs and variations with the QS team.
• Oversee quality, health & safety and compliance.
• Chair progress meetings and report on programme.
• Identify risks and delays and implement solutions.
