Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a £3 million drylining package on an £80 million student accommodation development in Exeter, Devon. The role requires strong site leadership, subcontractor and labour management, and a robust understanding of programming and cost control.

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in drylining or interior trades.
• Strong knowledge of project programming and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications required.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a £3 million drylining package on the Exeter project.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, labour, materials and resources.
• Develop and monitor programmes to hit milestones.
• Collaborate with Principal Contractor, consultants and commercial team.
