Clean Linen Services in Nottingham is seeking a Senior Driver to support our transport team at Fairham Business Park. You will be responsible for safe multi-drop deliveries, mentoring junior drivers, and helping maintain high safety and KPI standards.

We offer £17.97 per hour, paid weekly, plus ongoing CPC and medical funding, a pension scheme, life assurance, a Recommend a Friend bonus, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualificações

• Valid Category C driving licence with Category C+E preferred.
• Experience in multi-drop transport operations.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Driver Hours Regulations and tachograph rules.
• Experience coaching/mentoring drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Safely load, transport, and unload goods following company procedures.
• Meet service levels for delivery and collection schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Provide driver induction training and ongoing coaching to improve safety and performance.
• Support Transport Team Leader with KPI reporting and leadership duties.
