Bidfood UK is seeking a Senior Driver to lead from the front in a dynamic transport operation. This role combines the responsibilities of a Multi-Drop Driver with despatch coordination, supporting road colleagues and close collaboration with management to ensure smooth, safe starts to each day.

You will be the key link between drivers and the transport team, driving communication and delivering great service to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and customer service mindset.
• Full valid driving licence (Cat C or C+E).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front as Senior Driver coordinating despatch.
• Support colleagues on the road and liaise with management to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure safe, on-time deliveries and maintain high service standards.
