Job summary

Nationwide Care Services Ltd is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to join our Derby-based team. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential as you will visit clients in their homes.

We offer £13.00 per hour for drivers, with a 30p mileage allowance, funded NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 qualifications, free comprehensive training, and paid shadowing shifts. Fortnightly pay and flexible patterns are provided.

We are currently holding immediate local interviews and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team.

What you will be doing

• Assisting with meal preparation
• Supporting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and continence care
• Completing light household duties such as laundry, washing up, and vacuuming
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate daily care records and documentation
• Promoting independence while delivering person-centred care
