Zusammenfassung

Waterman Building Structures, the structural engineering division of Waterman Group, seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to design below ground drainage for diverse UK projects. You will plan foul and surface water systems, create layouts and specifications, attend meetings, and visit sites to ensure buildable, compliant designs.

You will work with internal teams and external designers, using InfoDrainage for accurate modelling, while navigating evolving legislation and client requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in planning below ground foul and surface water drainage systems.
• Ability to produce drainage layout drawings and specification documentation.
• Experience attending project meetings and site visits.
• Experience liaising with internal teams and external design partners.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet programme requirements.

Aufgaben

• Plan below ground foul and surface water drainage designs using computer modelling.
• Carry out below ground drainage design work and produce drawings and specifications.
• Attend project meetings and visit sites as required.
• Liaise with internal teams and external design partners.
• Use InfoDrainage and other tools for design accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with changing legislation and codes of practice.
• Support client relations and fulfil project requirements.
