Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a Chartered Senior Drainage Engineer to join a growing engineering consultancy on the outskirts of Birmingham. You will lead drainage design across retail, commercial, and industrial schemes, guiding technical teams and coordinating with highways and planning consultants.

You'll be proficient in PDS, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage, with a track record in delivering high-quality technical documentation and planning submissions.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status with strong drainage design experience.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Senior Drainage Engineer to join a growing engineering consultancy on the outskirts of Birmingham.

With a strong pipeline of work, the role offers the chance to take a leading role in the delivery of drainage, highways, ground modelling and external works across a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, business park and industrial developments.

The successful candidate will be experienced in drainage design and confident using PDS, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage. Responsibilities will include leading drainage and highways design, contributing to planning submissions and preparing associated technical and legal documentation.

Experience with highways Section Agreements and Flood Risk Assessments would be highly advantageous, along with the ability to manage projects and provide technical guidance to more junior engineers.
