Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Retention Manager (Donor engagement) to build and shape a donor retention function. This hybrid role in Nottingham offers autonomy to develop strategy, improve supporter experiences, and increase long-term donor value through data-led programmes.

You will lead multi-channel journeys, analyse donor behaviour, and provide insights to senior leadership. This is a senior, strategic role with clear ownership and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in donor engagement and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to design and deliver donor journeys across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into action.
• Experience with CRM systems and donor databases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a donor retention strategy across key audience segments.
• Design and optimise multi-channel donor journeys (email, SMS, web, social).
• Lead onboarding, stewardship, re-engagement, and feedback initiatives.
• Analyse donor behaviour and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage retention budgets and ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless supporter experiences.
• Produce reporting and insights for senior leadership.
• Champion a donor-first approach across communications and service delivery.
