Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Care Manager for domiciliary care in Wetherby. The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

You will join the senior management team to coordinate high-quality private care for older people and lead Client Managers to ensure safe staffing and excellent service. The role emphasizes person-centred care, compliance with legislation and quality standards, and building strong relationships with clients,

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care management.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and safeguarding.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the senior management team to coordinate the delivery of a high-quality private domiciliary care service for older people.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Client Managers, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and safe staffing levels are maintained.
• Promote person-centred care and ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
• Oversee compliance with relevant legislation, CQC requirements and internal quality standards.
• Manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to the commencement of care.
• Build positive relationships with clients, their families, Care Professionals and external healthcare partners.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and carry out client quality visits.
• Review working practices and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage complaints and incidents, conduct investigations and implement action plans where required.
• Ensure notifications to the CQC and local authorities are completed within the required timeframes.
