Job summary

SAP Care Services Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service covering Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells in Kent. You will own day-to-day operations, report to the Managing Director, and line-manage Care Coordinators, Team Leaders and Care Staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee safeguarding, CQC readiness, and maintain strong relationships with local authorities while ensuring compliance with UKVI sponsorship requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing domiciliary care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and ensure they are audit-ready.
• Register the service with CQC and maintain ongoing compliance.
• Line manage care coordinators, team leaders and care staff.
• Supervise the quality team with regular check-ins and spot checks.
• Carry out client reviews in homes; full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Lead safeguarding and whistleblowing processes in line with policy.
