Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Experience managing domiciliary care services and leading staff teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join a growing care provider based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a unique opportunity to oversee an established domiciliary care service, currently delivering approximately 800–900 care hours per week, while playing a key role in developing and growing the organisation's Supported Accommodation provision. We're looking for a proactive, hands‑on leader who enjoys building services, supporting teams, and driving quality. You'll work closely with the business owner to help shape the future of the organisation while ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service while supporting the development of a new supported accommodation provision.
